We have always had a love / hate relationship with out cars. They get us where we want to go and at the same time they sometimes leave us sit where we don’t want to be. It’s hard enough to get through the “car stress†that most of us face with the rising prices at the gas pumps without having to deal with the issues that can come up with the workings of the car and the car engine. These problems can leave us sitting along side the road, fuming over another mechanical breakdown. Fortunately there is hope, and here are a few things that you can do on a regular basis to keep your car running as long as possible
-  Change Your Oil Regularly - You can think of a car’s oil as being its blood. Without the right amount of blood, or if it isn’t clean enough the car soon begins to sputter and die. Changing the car’s oil regularly will help to keep it in great condition and running with much less wear and tear on the internal engine parts.
- Keep the Proper Air Pressure in the Tires - If you keep the air pressure at the recommended pressure it will not only keep your tires running for many more miles it will also increase your gas mileage. Another added benefit is that keeping a close eye on your tire’s air pressure will alert you to any leaks that may come up before they leave you limping to Wal-Mart on your spare
