These are dissected under a microscope and made into hair grafts. Then, the hair grafts are placed on the bald section of the scalp at various angles to create a very natural looking hairline restoration.

And balding is something that happens to most men and some women, and it has become nothing but normal nowadays. Go to your surgeon first, and ask for consultation.

Designer Clothes - To Buy? Or Not to Buy?

Most of us have this “thing” for designer clothes. Well yes, there’s no doubt that those designer clothes are screaming with coolness and chic. But are they worth it?

Maybe to those who can afford. Those people who can really afford to buy their selves one ok? And not those who are just trying to afford it. Ya know what i mean.

Some people tend to have this stupid thinking that designer clothes make them a better person, that they look better, and that those donning designer clothes are of high class society. That’s utter bull.

Personally, i would rather buy something that costs less, as long as it looks good on me. Everything looks good on me tho, labeled or not.. so i’ll take that one back. Hmm.. I would buy something of high-quality.. which is obviously, original and signatured clothing..

Ok, looks like i am contradicting myself..

So what now really? Is it advisable to buy designer clothes?

Heck why not? As long as we all feel good about ourselves. Right?

New York Hair Transplant

Ever wondered how and when hair transplants revolutionized?

New York hair transplant started in 1952 when one New York doctor realized that hair would grow in a bald area. He defined the use of hair from genetically un-impacted scalp (around the side and back of the head) for transplantation into the balding front of the head. The back of the head was drilled with a hollow drill and plugs of hairy skin were re-implanted in the bald front. Although the results were less than cosmetically acceptable, the fact that hair could be grown in a bald part of the scalp propelled the hair transplant industry over the next 30 years.

Further need of refinement in hair grafts lead to the development of minigrafting and micrografting in the mid 1980s. The new technique was used to camouflage the large plugs. In 1993, the first published article defined the use of mini and micrografts on an exclusive basis. Very large sessions allowed these smaller grafts to be effective at replacing the larger plugs.

The concept of Follicular Unit Transplant (FUT) was published in 1995. This breakthrough allowed hair follicles to be re-implanted in their natural groupings of 1-4 hairs each. FUT is currently accepted as the gold standard for hair transplantation and can completely match a normal head of hair.

Within the last 30 years, the field of hair restoration has progressed from a pluggy unnatural look to a completely normal look which can not be differentiated from normal, non-transplanted head of hair. Surgical techniques, the experience of the surgeon experience and the surgical team are key factors that can impact the result of hair transplantation.

Imagine how transplanted hair would look like.. say.. 20 years from now?

Best San Diego Nightlife

In my 25 years of existence, i hate to admit that i have never been to San Diego. I’d love to.. but maybe not anytime sooner.

I heard lots of great things about the place though, have read and seen what it’s like being there. I have stumbled upon some websites featuring the best places, and where the best San diego nightlife is.

Like in most cities, Thursdays through Saturdays are the most happening nights in San Diego. Of course, these are also the nights when you will have to endure the largest crowds. If you are new to San Diego, you will marvel at the energy of the city. If you are a visitor, you will find it difficult to leave.

Most of the sites are suggesting the Gaslamp Quarter. The place in San Diego where you can find everything. Yes, EVERYTHING. From Dining, to Shopping, Conventions, Lodging, Galleries, and Entertainment.

The Gaslamp Quarter is not only the best San diego nightlife, but generally one of the best places to visit in California.

A Billion’s Worth

Not all filthy rich tycoons were born rich. Those included in the Billionaire’s List had their own share of difficulties in life too, like us, average mortals. Some went through the hardest times of their lives to be what they are now. Yes, most of them were nobodies before they finally became somebodies.

George Lindemann, one of Forbe’s richest man in U.S. ventured into a somewhat Buy and Sell/Build and Sell kind of field, before he earned his first Billion. He first designed a contact lens back in the 60’s, earned the market, then sold the business after 11 years. He sold his business to Cooper Labs for $60 million in 1971. He then acquired another business, a New Jersey cable licenses and then sold it $220 million in 1982. Built a cell phone business Metro Mobile and sold it to Bell Atlantic for $2.6 billion 1992.

And look where he is today?

His story is, without a doubt, a remarkable inspiration for billionaire-wannabes like me.
