Marina Del Rey, CA (December 18, 2006) - CinemaNow, Inc., the leading Internet provider of downloadable videos, today announced it has signed licensing agreements with Showtime Networks Inc. and A&E Television Networks (AETN) to offer select television content through its Web site (www.cinemanow.com). Starting this month, AETN series from A&E® Network, The History Channel® and The Biography Channel®, including Biography® and Modern Marvels, and SHOWTIME television series including The L Word®, and Sleeper Cell will be available for purchase on a download to own basis. To kick off its relationship with SHOWTIME, CinemaNow will be offering the premiere episode Sleeper Cell: American Terror available free to its customers.
